BWA Managed Investments is the responsible entity of the BWA Cash Management Trust and is a related company of the Bank of Western Australia Ltd (BankWest) ABN 22 050 494 454 AFSL 236872. BankWest is an Authorised Deposit-Taking Institution and is a wholly owned subsidiary of HBOS plc.

As the responsible entity of the BWA Cash Management Trust, BWA Managed Investments receives remuneration by way of the Management Expense Ratio (MER) based on a fixed rate of 0.60% per annum for the retail unit classes within the CMT.

BWA Managed Investments may also deduct User Pays Fees from your CMT account by redeeming a sufficient number of your units.

BWA Managed Investments then may pay to approved distributors a commission for the referral of business to the CMT. This Commission is paid from the MER received by BWA Managed Investments.

Additional commissions, incentive payments or financial assistance may also be provided to approved distributors.

BWA Managed Investments or BankWest may also provide financial assistance (for seminars, client mailings, co-operative advertising, postage, etc.).

Any commissions, incentive payments or financial assistance will be paid at no extra cost to you and will be paid either by us, out of the MER, or by BankWest.

Directors and employees receive salaries and wages (paid fortnightly or monthly).

In addition, moneys invested in the BWA Cash Management Trust are held on deposit with the Bank of Western Australia Limited.
